Reduced step and wheelchair access using a low-gradient portable ramp is available to the ground floor function rooms and toilets. This access is by licensed arrangement with the land owner at the rear of Linden House.  Prior notice is not essential; however, a phone call in advance will help us to ensure the portable ramp and access arrangements are in place on arrival.

Bar and meal waited service is available for ground floor function room users.  We regret that due to historic listed-building constraints we are unable to install a lift to our other floors.
