Menu 1  

  • Gin & juniper cured salmon with apple & fennel salad 
  • Lemon & thyme marinated chicken with chorizo and pepper risotto 
  • Chocolate meringue roulade with amaretti biscuits and raspberries 


Menu 2  

  •  Marinated Thai style chicken with tomato chilli jam 
  • Seared salmon served on a bed of green beans and roasted new potatoes with a tomato and caper salsa 
  • Baked cheesecake with seasonal fruit compote 


Menu 3  

  • Warm pear salad with toasted walnuts and croutons and a Roquefort dressing 
  • Seared duck breast with sour cherry sauce, watercress and orange, soy and honey sauce 
  • Vanilla pannacotta with berry compote  


Menu 4

  • Hot smoked salmon fillet with mango & avocado salsa 
  • Chicken breast wrapped in pancetta served with a cream veloute sauce 
  • Eton mess with strawberry coulis  

Menu 5 

  • Anti pasta plate with selection of cured meats, roasted vegetables, and olives 
  • Roast fillet of lamb in a parsley and garlic crust with a redcurrant and red wine jus 
  • Lime Panneccota with lemon grass syrup 


Menu 6 

  • Smoked salmon, asparagus and avocado salad with lemon dressing 
  • Warm salad of roast beef with baby spinach and new potatoes
  • Lemon tart with crème fraiche and raspberry coulis
