- Chicken breast wrapped in pancetta served with a cream veloute sauce
- Eton mess with strawberry coulis

- Anti pasta plate with selection of cured meats, roasted vegetables, and olives
- Roast fillet of lamb in a parsley and garlic crust with a redcurrant and red wine jus
- Lime Panneccota with lemon grass syrup

- Smoked salmon, asparagus and avocado salad with lemon dressing
- Warm salad of roast beef with baby spinach and new potatoes
- Lemon tart with crème fraiche and raspberry coulis
