  • Macaroni cheese with seasonal roasted vegetables and fresh thyme 
  • A selection of seasonal salads 
  • Freshly baked bread with butter 
  • Pavlova with fruit and lashings of cream

Menu 3 

  • Mild chicken curry with almonds and yogurt 
  • Vegetarian curry with chick peas, tomato and aubergine  
  • Aromatic basmati rice, naan bread and pickles  
  • Pineapple, grape, kiwi and melon salad with cinnamon syrup and served with cream

Menu 4 

  • Baked fillet of salmon with tomato salsa  
  • Mushroom, cream cheese & mascarpone parcel 
  • Warm new potatoes and selection of seasonal vegetables 
  • Warm bread and butter 
  • Baked vanilla and chocolate ganache cheesecake

Menu 5 

  • Lemon, sweet potato and smoked paprika baked chicken  
  • Couscous with Moroccan spices and served with roasted butter nut squash 
  • Crisp green salad and chick pea, tomato & courgette salad 
  • Plum, cinnamon and almond tart  served with crème fraiche or cream

  • Meatballs in tomato sauce served with buttered tagliatelle  
  • Stuffed baked portabella mushrooms with garlic and mozzarella topping 
  • Tomato & spring onion salad with balsamic vinegar  
  • Cannelini bean salad with olive oil and lemon zest dressing 
  • Green mixed leaf salad

  • Baked spiced gammon with apricot chutney 
  • Red & yellow peppers filled with tomato, garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs, roasted together in a slow oven
